Inspect Your Delivery Before Signing
It’s important to check your order before signing for it. If the box shows any signs of damage, open it and inspect the contents first.
If the item is damaged and you do not want to accept it:
- Refuse delivery
- Contact us immediately so we can help file a claim
Once you sign for the items, you’re confirming that the product was received in good condition. Waiting to report damage or filing a claim after several days may limit or prevent a replacement.
